Unfortunately, we cannot transfer your website content to our servers from your old hosting company. Nor can you send us your site by mail or email and have us load it for you. If you would like you can contact our tech support team and we can help you use FTP to upload your site. We suggest that you find a web developer to do the transfer for you if you would prefer that someone else upload it for you.
