How to view Receipts and Payment History

Solution:

To access your receipts and billing history please follow the steps below:
1. Login to your cPanel
2. Locate and click on the link labeled: "Update Billing Information"
3. Click on "Update Now"
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on the button: "Show billing history"
5. Select the transaction you wish to have a receipt for, then click on the button: "Show Selected Item"
6. This will open a new window with the receipt; you may print or save this document.
